600 Volunteers Assist G20 Participants

Some 600 volunteers for the G20 Seoul Summit began their work on Tuesday. Selected by the organizing committee in September through CV screening and interview among 5,900 applicants, their job is to help delegations from 32 countries at the summit venue, Incheon International Airport, and hotels where they stay.

According to the organizing committee, most of the selected volunteers are either undergraduate or postgraduate students with a TOEIC score of 900 or higher. They were chosen based on language and computer skills and experience of working for international events.
